With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Olivier founded the Nova law firm in 2012, where he is managing partner and responsible for its development.
He coordinates the work of a multi-disciplinary team and is mainly involved in private equity assignments (expansion capital, LBOs, structuring of value-sharing instruments and investment vehicles) and private debt assignments, mainly on behalf of financial investors (GP’s and LP’s) and mezzanine capitalists.
Olivier is involved in both small cap and mid cap deals and also has extensive experience in corporate / M&A (acquisition / disposal of shareholdings, carve-outs, etc.), on behalf of management and corporate clients, particularly on high-stakes strategic transactions.

Background
Olivier holds a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in business law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in economics in partnership with the IAE business school. He has worked in national and international law firms.
