With over fifteen years’ experience and corporate expertise, Julien joined Nova in 2013.
He works mainly on private equity and private debt assignments, on behalf of investment funds and private debt funds.
In particular, he played a key role in the roll-out of the “obligations relance” (OR) scheme.

Background
Julien holds a Master’s degree in corporate law and taxation, and is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce. He began his career as an auditor with auditing firms, before moving on to law firms specializing in business law.
