Alexandra Venediger joined Nova in 2013 as the head of the Economic and commercial contract Law International Law and Contract Law department.

With her dual French-English nationality and her professional experience in foreign law firms, Alexandra has developed a solid knowledge of cross-border commercial transactions.

She assists and supports SMEs/mid cap companies and listed companies, French and foreign, their executives and shareholders as well as investment funds both for the economic law and commercial contracts law aspects and in the context of their development and growth abroad.

She is mainly involved in supporting companies in their day-to-day operations, in negotiation and management of commercial contracts, organizing and restructuring distribution networks or cross-border agency relationships, assisting clients regarding the termination of agency relationships, advising on internet retailing operations as well as e-commerce law and IT law, all in multijurisdictional contexts for which she has special expertise.

She coordinates the work of the teams of the firm with its foreign correspondents, members of the MSI Global Alliance, which brings together more than 250 law and accounting firms in more than a hundred countries around the world.

Background

With a post-graduate degree in international business law as well as a post-graduate degree in Communication, IT and Media, Alexandra is also qualified as a “Company Legal Advisor” specializing in international law from Aix-Marseille III University.

She worked in domestic and international law firms in London, Paris and Marseille both in counsel and commercial and IP litigation.
