Since 2012, Agnès Lieutier has acted as an associate lawyer int the tax department of Nova.
She works on industrial disposals, LBO, Develoment Capital and M&A, financing, for successful managers and entrepreneurs as well as for investors (company officers, investment funds, etc.). She also supports groups of companies in their day-to-day operations.
She puts her dual financial and tax background, and her dual experience in consulting and business, to serve her clients’ business and projects.
In parallel to her career as taw lawyer, Agnès wrote since 1997 a series of specialised books on taxation and accounting for a publishing company specializing in certified accounting studies and diploma . She is the author of numerous referenced works. She also teaches at the University of Aix-Marseille.

Background
After graduating from the prestigious Business School HEC from Paris, Agnès practiced as a lawyer within the well know CMS Francis Lefebvre firm in Paris before being recruited as tax Director of the La Redoute group, a major pure player in French e-business.
