Since 2012, Agnès Lieutier has been working as a partner in Nova’s Tax Department on industrial disposals, LBOs/OBOs, growth capital and M&A transactions for successful managers and entrepreneurs as well as investors (executives, investment funds, etc.). She also assists corporate groups in their day-to-day operations and works alongside executives on the tax structuring of their assets.

 

She draws on her dual background in finance and tax, and her experience in both consulting and business, to develop a practical approach that is firmly focused on her clients’ business objectives.

 

At the same time, since 1997, Agnès has been responsible for a collection of technical books on taxation and accounting for a publishing company specializing in the preparation of accounting expertise. She is the author of numerous books. She also teaches at the University of Aix-Marseille.

Background

After graduating from the prestigious Business School HEC from Paris, Agnès practiced as a lawyer within the well know CMS Francis Lefebvre firm in Paris before being recruited as tax Director of the La Redoute group, a major pure player in French e-business.
