OUR CSR POLICY
Corporate social responsibility is embedded in our firm’s vision and strategy.
Aware of our role and our economic, social, and environmental impact, we have structured a CSR policy based on concrete, measurable commitments that are monitored over time. We practice our profession in an ethical, responsible, and sustainable manner. Our CSR approach is built around respect for individuals, the promotion of diversity, the reduction of our environmental impact, and a practice of law guided by high standards, independence, and the public interest.
Our CSR policy is structured around the following ESG pillars:
Environmental
Waste Reduction and Recycling:
- Implementation of waste sorting and recycling
- Specific recycling of batteries, light bulbs, and ink cartridges
- Zero-paper policy
- Elimination of bottled mineral water and use of glass carafes
- Elimination of coffee pods and use of whole bean coffee
- Digitization of our files and procedures
- Use of digital tools for project management and electronic signatures
Responsible Mobility Policy:
- Offices located close to public transportation
- Provision of bicycle parking facilities
- Encouragement of carpooling for internal meetings and gatherings
- Priority given to low environmental impact modes of transportation:
Trains preferred over airplanes
Electric vehicles preferred over gasoline cars
Walking preferred over taxis
Cycling preferred over driving
Social
Events:
- Regular organization of internal events fostering team cohesion (breakfasts, afterwork drinks, team-building activities, annual party)
- Internal team training aimed at skills development and service quality (e.g., Management Package)

- 2.5 days of remote work per week

Societal
