Maxime joined Nova in October 2025.
He previously worked at the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland in Paris. For several years, Maxime has been advising investors and corporations on LBO transactions, disposals, and acquisitions of securities and assets.
He has also been involved in cross-border transactions and intra-group reorganizations.

Background
Maxime holds a Master II degree in International Business Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and a specialized Master’s degree in International Management Law from EM Lyon Business School.
